1. TAKE A DEEP DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR NEEDS ARE
We want to help you feel confident about the buying process. In order to do this, we'll do a dive deep to uncover what you're looking for, what areas interest you, what your budget is, and what concerns you have about the home buying process. If you're a first time home buyer we'll go a bit deeper to help you understand the key players involved as well as how everything works so you feel informed and empowered.
2. CHECK OUT WHAT'S OUT THERE!
Knowing your ideal criteria, we'll search the MLS looking for available homes we know you'll love. We'll set you up on an instant alert so you'll receive notifications of new properties as soon as they hit the market. This is the quickest and most reliable way to be notified about new listings.
3. VIEW PROPERTIES IN PERSON
Now comes the fun part!
When you come across a home you love enough to see in person, we'll go check it out. And although we're not home inspectors, we've been through the process enough to be able to point out any red flags or things you may not notice or realize about the home. We do this because we would never want you to end up in a home that causes massive headaches down the road.
4. FIND THE ONE AND WRITE AN OFFER
Once you find the home of your dreams we'll electronically write an offer and negotiate if necessary. Although the decision on what to offer is ultimately yours, we'll guide you and give you the best advice on what to do to win the bid.
5. GUIDING YOU THROUGH THE SALE
Your offer was accepted and we finally enter the "half-time" period. We like to call it this because we've now entered the waiting period between your offer being accepted and the actual closing date. It's during this time where the property inspection, appraisal & other contingencies take place.
6. DIAL IN THE FINAL DETAILS AND CELEBRATE!
The home is almost yours! We’ll wrap up the final details like transferring utilities, getting the title work and insurance in place and lastly signing any last paperwork and receiving the keys. Then it’s time to celebrate! You've closed on your new home and it's officially yours!
